Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal or account settings.
- • Cancellation stops future renewals.
- • You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
2. Refunds
We generally do not provide refunds for partially used billing periods. If you believe there has been a billing error (e.g., duplicate charges), contact us at [email protected] and we will review your case.
3. Plan Changes
- • Upgrades: Take effect immediately. The difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
- • Downgrades: Take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You keep your current plan until then.
4. Teams Seats
Teams is billed per seat.
- • Adding seats: Takes effect immediately. The cost is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
- • Removing seats: Takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
